We collect only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, company, email address, country, subject and message. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this website does not set any cookies of its own.
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, where it leads to business, to correspond with you about it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Enquiry emails are retained in our business mail for as long as the commercial relationship or enquiry remains relevant, and are deleted on request.
If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, you may ask us to provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Write to info@matasinternational.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Your enquiry is delivered to our own email account and stored on our mail provider's servers. As we are based in India, information you send us is processed in India.
